Timeframe to request a return

You can request a return without any reason by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.

Return shipping costs

The Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned merchandise.

Return procedure

In case the Buyer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must communicate it to the seller via email.

The Buyer should send the returned merchandise to the following address: BAG Maglierie srl; Via U.Foscolo 4A, 06053 Deruta, Perugia, Italy.

Refund

The Supplier will proceed with the refund of the amount owed to the Buyer (equal to the amount paid for the purchase of the product, including shipping costs).

The refund to the Buyer will be credited by reversing the payment made by credit card or PayPal.

Defective items

If the Buyer discovers a defect in the purchased product, they can write an email to difilostore@gmail.com, attaching the documentation certifying the defect found. In this case, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the Supplier.
